The ReplaceAIR™ Ducted Low Profile Dust Collectors are a true innovation to this industry. Under 7’10” tall, this 8 cartridge, 10 hp. unit can be rated as high as 7500 cfm.
The collected dust drops into a roll out cart below the unit that contains collector boxes allowing for for “convenient” collected dust handling. When compared to most other designs that use the drag out tray, the ReplaceAIR roll out boxed cart is a huge advantage to the customer.
The vertical cartridge Environmental Work Stations represents SEE’s most established product line in numbers and applications.
Innovative features include the highest energy self cleaning available with a variable throat Venturi and Pulse Cone by Goyen and the “Roll Out Cart” design with receiving boxes to recover/handle the pulsed off dust.
These Units stop 99.97% of submicron dusts that collect on the cartridges. Proper air flow and capture of the dust is essential to take full advantage of this equipment and follow the OSHA guidelines.
